Evelyn is a management and strategy coach to a diverse array of mission-driven leaders. Previously, she was the Chief Executive Officer of Inclusive Security, a Washington-based non-profit organization that increases women’s influence in preventing and ending violent conflict. During her tenure, she established an innovative shared leadership structure and dramatically expanded Inclusive Security’s impact through programs in seven conflict zones, a network of partners in 45 countries, and strategic communications and advocacy campaigns that influenced thousands.
Evelyn also spent several formative years working in India for His Holiness, The Dalai Lama’s Foundation for Universal Responsibility. She holds a master’s degree in conflict resolution from Georgetown University and a B.A. from Virginia Tech. Evelyn lives in Washington, DC with her husband and their two vivacious young daughters, and frequently returns to the Blue Ridge farm where she was raised.
